BEFORE YOU TAKE THAT STEP

Life... the things that it throws at us, sometimes good and at times not so good.  Life is full of ups and downs that at times one tends to wonder if staying alive is worth the stress.

There's a saying that life is not a bed of roses, and I guess that's the reason even the rich also cries. There are certain times when one feels so alone in  life and at times  the crisis that one goes through in life are so much that it appears that there can never again be any light at the end of the tunnel.

When it reaches to that stage,it's normal to think of a way out and if no solution seems to be at sight, it might might lead to depression and this if left unchecked and unresolved can be fatal.

Taking ones own life is not and has never been a solution to any problem in life and that there are several reasons one should not travel that route.

In Africa it is common to attribute any misfortune that comes ones way to witches and the manipulation of the wicked ones.
Assuming but without conceding to this fact, then it's a great reason not to commit suicide.

What you need to do if that's the case is to tell yourself that you are not a coward and that you will win the battle. You can achieve that by daily telling yourself  that you are not a coward and that the enemy cannot win this battle. Be optimistic that you will live to see the end of the challenge.  This gives you hope and it encourages you to fight and determine to win and this will give you a reason to live.

Think of your family and loved ones. Think of the pain that your action will cause them, do you really want to inflict such pains on your loved ones.

Another point to consider is the effect of the action you took will have on your loved ones. Do you think they can survive the shock. Do you think their lives will ever be the same?

Although life might not be going the way you planned it, but life is such a beautiful gift that ought to be cherished.
Remember you can always talk to God and believe me he listens and gives peace that no man can explain.

There are always someone you can talk to, you just have have to look and you will see that person.
